Hell's Gate is New Zealand's only Mud Spa, nestled within a breathtaking geothermal reserve. Along with providing a unique wellness experience for our visitors, we run a café that serves up delicious food and drinks in an unforgettable setting.
What will you be doing?
As part of our café team, you'll be serving visitors from all over the world, ensuring they enjoy great food and coffee as part of their Hell's Gate experience. From making top-notch coffee to helping in food prep, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café space—you'll play a key role in making our guests feel at home.
What's more? You won't just be limited to café duties! At Hell's Gate, we offer plenty of job variety, so you could also find yourself assisting with other activities like guiding guests through our geothermal reserve, helping at special events, or supporting other team members when needed. If you love learning and doing something new every day, this is the perfect role for you.

Willingness to help in the café, but also flexible to assist in other areas when needed.
An interest in learning new skills (barista training, anyone?). Experience is a bonus, but not essential—we'll provide full training.
