Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will enjoy working as part of the team on a rotating roster, in a fun environment.We know you have a high standard of work, here are a couple of other tasks the role can cover:Provide a warm and welcoming check in/out experience for every guest, every time.Manage guest queries and feedback in a genuine and professional manner.Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanour at all times.Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain an important level of customer satisfaction and quality service.Build strong relationships and consult with other team members.What are we looking for?You will be working on behalf of our Guests but also collaborating with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should have, and maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:Dedication and commitment to hospitality, leadership, and teamwork.Passion for contributing to and enhancing guest experiences.Well-presented, organised, and calm personality; fluent English essential, more languages an advantage.All applicants must legally be able to work in New Zealand.
