Join our innovative R&D Team as a CAD Designer!We are seeking a talented and motivated R&D CAD Design Team Member to join our Research & Development team. As a key player in our R&D efforts, you will be involved in driving product innovation, improving product quality, and maintaining our competitive edge in the market. This role offers the opportunity to work on new product designs, refine existing products, and contribute to the design of jigs and tooling.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the design and rapid prototyping of new productsCo-ordinate and facilitate field testing of new products and implement changesManaging the handover of new designs to the production teamImprove design of existing products and any part changes as requested by productionEnsure drawings are kept up to date and correct document control process is followedQualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and innovative problem-solving skillsExperience with light fabrication work is an advantageAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the production team and conveying design conceptsWhy Te Pari Products?Te Pari Products offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your skills and contributions will directly impact the success of our R&D efforts.
