Joining our Pascoes Centre Place Hamilton store, you will work collaboratively with our fabulous team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. This is a part-time position with a guaranteed 16 hours a week: Saturday 8:30am - 6:00pm and Sunday 9:30am - 5:00pm, with the opportunity for additional hours over the Christmas period. Our ideal candidate would have previous retail experience with a passion for jewellery and watches; however, full training in sales, customer service, and product knowledge will be provided to the successful candidate.
The successful candidate MUST be available to work weekends and public holidays.
Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training. In this role you will:
Confidently and effectively provide excellent customer service.Bring value and support to our team with a strong team player attitude.Have great attention to detail, diligence and ability to maximise efficiency and time.Understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures diligently and accurately.Actively promote the store sales through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities.Participate in developmental coaching from store leaders.What you will bring to the role:
Sales experience required; you must be a real sales "superstar".Confidence and enthusiasm for selling.Professionally presented, well-spoken and personable.Competent with technology and computer systems.An ability to handle, understand, mitigate and solve customer complaints and enquiries.Enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store.A sense of humour, positive attitude and strong work ethic to fit in to our team.We're after someone who can show initiative, has a strong customer service focus, intelligence, is punctual and has drive for the team and themselves to succeed.
