It Trainer Consultant

Enterprise Portfolio Management 3-month initial contract Wellington based Requirement: Must possess capabilities in effective facilitation skills so that training is engaging, and trainees feel comfortable and supported during this change to their ways of working. Must have demonstrated experience in facilitation of training for Planview, or a similar enterprise portfolio management software tool (e.g. MS Project Online, Salesforce, Jira etc.). Must have an in-depth understanding and knowledge in the use of enterprise portfolio management software tools. Extensive experience and a successful track record working in areas of adult education, instructional design, learning technologies and organisational capability and development. Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to consistently produce accurate, effective and timely deliverables and documentation that is appropriate and meets the needs of the intended audience. You will work closely with members of the project team to design and deliver highly effective training materials for the implementation of Planview. They will need to monitor, communicate and report on progress of their workload to the project's delivery lead.
