Life on the team The Technical Resource Group (TRG) specialises in delivering intermediate to advanced desktop installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting services. Additionally, we provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration, and break-fix solutions.
In this role, you'll deliver hands-on technical IT support to one of our key customers, who operate across multiple UK sites. If you have a passion for IT, along with some knowledge of desktop/laptop technologies and Windows operating systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
