It Support Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic Support Engineer who thrives in a cutting-edge, innovative, and autonomous environment. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Oversee our client's Helpdesk using their custom in-house tool and handle inbound calls with finesse. Manage inbound tickets, diagnose faults, and resolve technical issues, including end-point, print, access, and application-related queries. Ensure the smooth operation of meeting rooms and video conferencing setups. Monitor and manage platforms such as Meraki, Datto, Wolf, M365, Proactive Insights, Aruba, and Azure Dashboards & alerts, escalating issues as needed. Identify and log errors and inconsistencies across various platforms. Conduct device build testing when required. Add, modify, and manage user-system settings and permissions. Preferred expertise includes: M365, including all admin centres (including Power Platform). Experience working in an MSP environment. Autotask IT Glue Azure. Datto. Active Directory. Cisco Meraki.
