IT Support and Service Desk Opportunities - contract and permanent Full Time Overview We are looking for experienced IT Support & Service Desk Analysts for both contract & permanent positions across various sectors including Enterprise, SMB, MSPs, and public sector.

What you will do: In most roles, you will be required to resolve Level 1 and 2 tickets, emails, and calls, escalating issues as necessary.
Specific responsibilities include: Creating and exiting users following prescribed processes.
Ensuring appropriate permissions are granted.
Preparing hardware for new users, including mobile technology.
Queue triaging to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Escalating critical issues to senior team members.
Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
Replacing devices per leasing agreements.
Updating and maintaining documentation for support staff.
Skills and experience we are looking for: Our clients typically seek a strong mix of the following skills, experience, and qualifications: A relevant industry certification covering PC hardware, software technologies, networking basics, or at least 12 months of experience.
Experience with O365, Active Directory (preferably AzureAD), Microsoft Admin Centre (Endpoint, Intune, Teams, Security, and Defender).
ITIL Foundations training.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting users.
