Reporting to Service Delivery Manager and part of the (Auckland based) Helpdesk team you'll be responsible for ensuring the professional and efficient delivery of 1st and 2nd Level IT support to all users.
You'll be involved in the delivery of induction training and contributing to the creation of guides and knowledge banks.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: Excellent communication skills, ability to recognise priority issues and escalate accordingly.
Professional, positive, approachable and friendly manner A focus on following process and be detail orientated Ability to think laterally – good analytical and problem-solving skills.
An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office applications.
Sound knowledge of Windows based applications and operating systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot desktop hardware and remote access connection issues.
Ability to learn new products (software and hardware) to high end user level.
Experience in providing high-quality service in helpdesk support is essential.
This is an on-site role working - You would also be part of our IT on-call roster.
