Responsibilities:
Provide a professional and responsive first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests via phone and email.
Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents to ensure a seamless IT experience for end users.
Deliver effective Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal software and systems.
Proven experience in a Service Desk environment, managing support requests and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, Office 365 Suite, Cloud technologies, PowerShell, etc.
