Job Description We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join Colliers on a contract to assess, scope, recommend, manage and integrate a new platform that incorporates Facilities Management and Accounts Payable automation components. This role will be located in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office, working alongside our Real Estate Management Services and Occupier Services teams. Responsibilities Ownership of project life cycle - full delivery of scoping through to delivery and adoption. Scoping will include analysing existing system opportunities. Liaise with third party integrator on system integration, data migration and set up of new environment. Qualifications A strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated, a strong work ethic and deadline focused. Experience with real estate accounting software, AP automation or FM system integration (eg. MRI / Yardi). Advanced Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
