It Operations & Technical Support Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, security, and efficiency of the company's ICT infrastructure and Cloud-Based services.
This role requires you to roll your sleeves up and support the Technical Support Analyst as they provide support to internal and external users.You will work closely with the Digital leadership team and help drive our digital roadmap, bringing new technology initiatives, strategies, frameworks, and processes to ensure continuous evolution and maturity of ICT operations.
It will ensure that the business is leveraging and gaining the full benefit from ICT investments and new innovations.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prioritize workflow and provide direction to the Technical Support Analyst to ensure customer/business needs are met.Identify where improvements to the efficiency & effectiveness of functions can be achieved.Monitor the organization's ICT services and platforms for irregularities, performance, or cybersecurity concerns.Ensure adherence to procedures and good ICT practice.Vendor management.Requirements:Tertiary level degree/qualifications in related Information Technology fields.Extensive hands-on technical management and leadership experience across ICT platforms.Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin, and Microsoft Azure administration platforms.Strong ICT vendor management experience and skills.Proven people management experience and skills.Ability to travel as needed.Available to work outside of regular hours to address urgent technical issues, project activity, or perform system maintenance.Benefits:Southern Cross Medical Insurance.Great company culture where family matters.Focused but fun team environment.Employee Recognition program.About the Company:Switched On Group exists to enhance environments for whanau, businesses, and communities across Aotearoa.
