Their goal is to enhance and improve their IT Operations and Service Management model so they can manage the anticipated growth and maintain a high-quality service to their clients.We're on the lookout for a skilled IT Operations or IT Service Management practitioner who has the capability to better develop, improve, and implement operational processes and procedures across their cloud infrastructure and application Managed Services teams. You will work closely with operational teams to capture the current state, develop optimum improved processes, and work with the teams to ensure effective implementation, compliance, and continual process improvement.The ideal person for this role will have a detailed understanding of how IT Services are delivered and associated processes within complex, enterprise-scale or MSP environments. You will be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks and processes and also how to go about implementing them in an operational environment.
