You will work closely with operational teams to capture the current state, develop optimum improved processes, and work with the teams to ensure effective implementation, compliance, and continual process improvement.The ideal person for this role will have a detailed understanding of how IT Services are delivered and associated processes within complex, enterprise-scale or MSP environments. You will be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks and processes and also how to go about implementing them in an operational environment.
