Management (Information & Communication Technology)Our client has an immediate requirement for a seasoned professional IT Manager to join their highly successful Services business with nationwide coverage based in Christchurch. Your role will be responsible for casting a strategic lens over the existing IT Strategy, creating an IT Roadmap to modernise and digitise the businesses technologies, and then executing the plan into production.To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience:10+ years commercial experience managing and maintaining essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.Experience leading and mentoring a small IT team ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support business operations.Experience managing and growing vendor relationships to ensure quality services are being delivered to support the company's IT infrastructure and SLA's.Maintaining an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of available IT initiatives and projects.Responsibility for exploring and assessing new technologies to support business initiatives.Manage and maintain the company's technology assets and ensure they are fit for purpose.Manage the integration and support of cloud-based services, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 environments.If this sounds like your dream role and you are ready for your next challenge, then we would love to have a chat with you.
