Shift: Night Shift Experience: 4 to 8 years Job Responsibilities: Installing, configuring & troubleshooting of Windows/ Mac OS and other software.
Installing, configuring & managing Network including managed switches, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi.
Resolve & respond to IT tickets on a day-to-day basis.
Hands-on experience on Fortinet firewall.
Basic knowledge of O365.
Configuring and managing NAS backup solutions and Data backup.
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate inventory of all available IT resources.
Antivirus monitoring and management.
Hands-on experience of network cabling/ fibre cabling.
CCTV and DVR Management.
Maintaining and managing of IPBAX-Telephony System.
Audio/Video conference equipment management and support.
Perform other tasks as advised by the Head of IT.
Desired Skills and Abilities: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions or escalations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Hands-on experience on O365 will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience: BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, any Graduate with Diploma in IT with 4-8 years of experience.
