Working at Level 2, you will be dealing with a wide range of technologies, and support requests, working directly with customers to provide a great customer experience.
You will build broad technical capability right across the desktop, network, server, and modern workspace, and have future opportunities to grow into other Engineering roles.
Location: Radius Care Support Office, Level 4/56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland 1052
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (flexible)
Some duties include but not limited to: Provide an outstanding customer experience.Troubleshoot and respond to incidents/service requests.Resolve tickets aligned to our SLA's.Investigate root cause and recommend solutions.Maintain site documentation to Radius standards.Assist with hardware builds/deployments and software implementations.Build exceptional rapport with our customers. To be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) environmentAt least 2-3 years of service desk experienceMicrosoft stack, Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies, Anti-Virus technologies, VMware and Hyper-V, Autotask.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou are great on the phone and customer-centric.You can demonstrate proactive self-directed learning.A strong team ethic - where we're all in this together.Legal entitlement to work in NZ long-termWe are a supportive team and the successful candidate will receive access to a staff benefits app with discounts to a number of retailers across the country, access to an employee assistance programme and a fantastic office based in Parnell Auckland, with amazing views and good coffee (including free coffees from the café downstairs on Mondays!)
