As part of a growing Team based in Epsom Auckland you will be heading up the IT department.You will be working as both the Head of IT and Consultant. This is a diverse role that involves pre-sales, design, consulting and day-to-day operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:Ability to provide technical designs and costings for IT services and solutionsMonitor and maintain various Cloud hosted resourcesHelp develop procedures and processes for ICT services and solutions.Manage the security of internal and client resourcesManage and monitor backup technologies.Manage internal and client IT Infrastructures.Handle technical escalations and incident resolution.Ensure high uptime of all systemsThis is a challenging and rewarding IT role reporting to the company Directors, and accordingly has a rewarding renumeration package including a company car.
