Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Business Partner who will oversee our NZ IT and be the main contact point for our associates in New Zealand.
You will work closely with our main IT vendor (Accenture) to ensure they deliver great service to our team.You will be based across our head office and our factory in East Tamaki.Are you up for this challenge?
In this role, you will:Acts as the key liaison across the business units, the information technology teams, and external IT partners.Develops a deep understanding of how the business works, the issues and challenges it faces, and translates Business needs into IT enabled solutions.Represents and Drives the IT vision, strategy & initiatives to the business leadership team and ensures that the business stakeholders are aware of the IT vision, strategic planning and priorities.Manages stakeholder expectations and alignment with business goals.Ensure that day-to-day IT Applications Support services meet business needs and align with JDE Peet's company values (Simplicity, Entrepreneurship, Accountability, Discipline and Solidarity)Be the main point of contact for our main IT partner Accenture, together with our ANZ IT ManagerEnable the fix by effectively managing Accenture and holding them accountable for meeting our SLAsBe the expert on all system improvements and project roll outs including providing assistance and knowledge to the rest of the businessSuggest and work on improvements to local infrastructure and networkReprioritise work and support our vendors in resolving priority incidents when the main office & factory are impacted by high priority incidentsWork on various projects to improve user experience e.g IT onboarding of new associatesQualificationsFor this role as an IT Business Partner, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:Business partnering experienceExperience with ITIL v3 is a bonus3+ years working experience in ITYou can be the bridge between IT stakeholders and the business, explaining IT in a very simple and understandable wayYou know how to prioritise and when to say 'no' to requests, and you are a clear communicatorYou're organised and stay on top of all that's happening in IT in NZYou're a great stakeholder manager and maintain a good relationship with both Accenture and your internal stakeholdersYou enjoy working autonomously and you're able to drive your agendaUnrestricted Work VisaNice to have:Ecommerce platforms knowledgeAdditional InformationThe opportunity to be responsible for JDE's IT in NZ and work autonomously without local supervisionSupport, training (Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative) and an onboarding programCompetitive salary, 3% Kiwisaver Employer Contribution and Discretionary BonusEnjoy half a day off on your birthday.Medical Insurance for you and your family.Income Protection and Life Insurance.Hybrid working flexibility, after successful completion of training.Summertime hours: finish at 3 PM on Fridays during the daylight-saving months.Delicious coffee and tea on-site and quarterly free staff parcels including a range of our coffee and tea brands.If so, please grab a cuppa, brush up your CV and apply now (it's really easy, we promise).
