It Business Engagement Manager

Company and Role: My client, a private sector organisation, is seeking an IT business engagement manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a broad role, leading technology enablement initiatives from engagement to delivery. Duties for the role include, but are not limited to: Understanding business stakeholder requirements, and ensuring there is an alignment with IT capability. Maintaining long-term communication and taking stakeholders on the journey. Overseeing the entire SDLC (concept to maintenance). Process improvement and development. Leading teams with technical and non-technical resources in the project space. In-depth project planning (scope, resource management, risk allocation). Risk identification, and development of risk management strategies. Ensuring compliance with best practice and quality standards are met. Mentorship of one BA resource. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: Significant private sector experience required. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of different stakeholders required. Extensive experience managing projects through all phases of the SDLC required. Ability to analyse and solve problems in a variety of different ways required.
