Protect Ideas. Build Your Future.Join Fonterra's IP Asset Strategy team as our IP Portfolio Advisor and play a key role in supporting our efforts to safeguard and leverage innovation. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team while building expertise in IP management and protection.Your key accountabilities include:Work alongside innovators to identify and assess potential new IP for protection, ensuring it's captured and managed effectively throughout its lifecycle.Support the team in monitoring third-party IP activity, conducting patentability searches, and assisting with oppositions or pre-grant challenges.Contribute to initiatives that enhance Fonterra's IP portfolio management practices, generating insights and reports on third-party IP activity.Assist in the development of IP strategies for categories and products, ensuring alignment with business goals.Provide operational support for IP co-development projects, including due diligence activities and IP release processes.To note, we are open to an Auckland, Palmerston North or Wellington location.At Fonterra, we believe in fostering talent, nurturing innovation, and delivering results.
