The Invoicing & Sales Support Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Support function. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You will be based in the birthplace of adventure, Stabicraft's HQ in Invercargill. Surrounded by ocean views in the heart of Southland, you will cultivate a positive, engaged team.
Responsibilities Complete sales invoices for Dealer Relationship Managers. Process job cards and make necessary adjustments. Respond to simple dealer enquiries (e.g., shipping queries, customer build progress photos) and escalate complex issues to the appropriate Dealer Relationship Manager. Address customer enquiries, resolving them when possible or escalating to the relevant team member. Liaise with logistics and manufacturing teams regarding customer service enquiries. Assist with Stabicraft Marine apparel for dealers and staff. Coordinate travel, accommodation bookings, and event planning. Perform other general sales administration tasks as directed by the Business Support Manager. Provide support to the wider Stabicraft team as needed. About You Previous experience in a sales or financial support role. Strong customer service and organisational skills. Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel. Previous use of Greentree would be an advantage. High level of confidentiality and attention to detail. A team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment. The ability to look for better ways to do things and make suggestions for improvements and implement changes. A full NZ driver's licence.
