You will be working for a not-for-profit based in the Southland capital city of Invercargill. This organisation supports an important cross-section of the local population and has a strong positive reputation.

Your new role
You will be working as the Finance Manager for the organisation. Your role will be centred around the overall running of the finance department, including financial management and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and assisting with the administrative duties within the office space.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong financial experience, including the management of financial accounting processes and having had sole accountability for them. You will need strong verbal and digital presentation skills and be able to confidently orate complex financial details to both commercially focused and non-focused individuals. Ideally, you will have a CA or similar certification, but this is not essential if you have the experience to deliver the key metrics and reports.
