You will interact with research analysts and institutional and retail shareholders in relation to the company's performance and growth opportunities.Improve visibility and profile of the company with both Australasian and international investors.Provide business, financial, shareholder and market intelligence to senior management and the Board.Assist with the coordination of investor roadshows, investor briefing days and the annual shareholders' meeting.Assist with the preparation of effective shareholder communications, investor materials and annual and interim reports.What you need to succeed:You will need to have a tertiary qualification in either finance, economics or a related commercial field.
The ideal candidate will have:An understanding and knowledge of New Zealand and Australian capital markets.A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate environment.Strong commercial and financial modelling skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Your ability to learn about our business, problem solve and have great attention to detail are also crucial for the role.Company and cultureWe offer great benefits and a commitment to clear development pathways.
