This role is all about making Midlands hum.Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Investments, this is a hands-on role. You will be supporting the investments team as your core priority, with primary responsibility for managing customer enquiries, administration, and internal documentation requirements for current and new investors. You will have regular interaction with current and prospective customers, in person, over the phone, and via email. This role will also see you supporting the marketing function and wider team. You will have a customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to ensure a smooth customer experience.To be successful here, you will need to have proven administration and support experience. Exposure to banking/finance/investment will be highly regarded, although not essential. Experience in compliance and CRM systems would be beneficial. Either way, you will know what good looks like.This role is well-remunerated reflecting the bandwidth of your duties.
