We have a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join us on a 9-month fixed term contract as our Investment Funds Product Support Specialist. In this role you will report directly to our Chief Investment Products Officer and support our investment product management area.
The role offers so much variety to keep things interesting, including managing investment data and preparing business and regulatory reports, managing processes to support the onboarding and servicing of our Members, and communication with our Advisers.

What a day might look like...
You'll get straight into it learning about our investment product range and processes, and forming relationships with your key internal and external stakeholders.
Utilising your strong analytical skills, you will manage and maintain our investment databases, compile monthly and quarterly reports, and analyze data to provide insights that support our decision-making.
Managing our investments inbox you'll be answering a wide variety of questions from our members, Advisers and third-party vendors. This includes onboarding and servicing our Members.
You'll be a key person managing our compliance calendar, ensuring that we keep on top of important compliance dates is crucial.
What you will bring...
Ideally you'll come from an investments background, but you might also have experience in financial services and have the transferrable skills we are after.
A degree in finance or business studies would be nice to have, but it's not essential.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel. Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI would also be beneficial.
Strong data analytical skills will come as second nature.
Excellent communication skills, you'll have strong abilities to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
Time management and the ability to prioritize will be important due to the variety of tasks.
Attention to detail and being adaptable are important qualities to demonstrate.
