About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a talented Unleashed Inventory Software expert to join our team. Our clients' business is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for an individual who can effectively manage their inventory processes while ensuring seamless integration with Xero for accounting purposes. This is a permanent role with the potential for growth and advancement.
Job Summary: As an Unleashed Inventory Software expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our inventory management processes. You will ensure that the Unleashed platform is fully integrated with Xero to maintain accurate and efficient accounting records. Your role will involve working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, streamline processes, and support the business's growth.
You will bring experience in importing, exporting, and e-commerce operations, which are vital to our business's success. Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a significant advantage. We offer flexibility in terms of working hours and are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, depending on the needs of the business and the right fit for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize inventory processes using Unleashed Inventory Software.
Ensure seamless integration between Unleashed and Xero for accurate accounting and reporting.
Oversee importing, exporting, and e-commerce processes to support business operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance system functionality and resolve any issues.
Adapt to the evolving needs of the business and clients, providing support and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with Unleashed Inventory Software.
Strong understanding of inventory management, importing/exporting, and e-commerce.
Experience with accounting software, specifically Xero.
Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business environment.
Requirements:
Must have legal rights to work in New Zealand.
Clean Ministry of Justice report.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
