Inventory Controller

Our client is a leading clothing/accessory player within the New Zealand Tourism industry.
They are looking for a professional Office Administrator/Inventory Controller to join their team.About the role:Our client is offering a position with flexible hours, allowing you to have a great work-life balance.
Key responsibilities include:Oversee and monitor all inventory levels to ensure efficient operation, adequate stock availability and minimise both overstock and stockouts.Participate in regular physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies between physical counts and system records.Monitoring all interfaces between the Xero/Cin7 and other systems being used, identifying any missing data or transactions and enforcing the correct actions.Analyse inventory data to identify trends, variation and areas of improvement.
Conduct reports on inventory performance, showcasing the findings from data and trends.Working within finance, systems, warehouse to collaborate and coordinate any inventory activities that can solve any issues related to stock discrepancies.Ensuring compliance within company policies, procedures and regulations.
