This position requires effective communication and organizational skills to support various marketing, recruitment, and event coordination activities.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $58,000 and $65,000, dependent on skills and experience.
The International Team Administrator is based in our EIT International Team | Te Pukenga reporting to the International Marketing and Communications Manager and will be responsible for:
International Recruitment Marketing Administration: Update social media and web pages, manage digital marketing materials, and support the production of newsletters and promotional items.Enquiries Communications: Respond to prospective student enquiries, follow up on applications, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors.Events Coordination: Support international team events, organize hospitality for visitors, and assist with student orientation programmes.General Administration: Provide administrative support to the International Centre, including meeting organization, financial administration, and maintaining office supplies.To be successful in this role you will have: Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and experience using technology to communicate with customers.Administrative Skills: Well-developed administration, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Outlook and Office applications.Cultural Competence: Experience dealing with people from different cultures and a genuine desire to enhance the New Zealand tertiary experience for international students.Educational Background: Computer and word processing experience is essential, with an undergraduate degree and experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop being desirable.As an inclusive and supportive employer, we value diversity and want to encourage anyone interested to apply, regardless of whether you tick all the boxes or not.
