That's why we're now recruiting for an International Key Account Manager to continue to support our International Expansion. We've successfully launched in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Turkey.Purpose of the roleThe primary responsibility of the International Key Account Manager (IKAM) will be to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors, and drive revenue growth for the company in our international markets.The role requires you to have a keen understanding of the baby and nursery industry, consumer trends, and the ability to foster strong relationships with international retailers and distributors.The IKAM will be responsible for delivering expansion to new and existing markets, maximizing new account opportunities, and the end-to-end management of an account portfolio, while completing all work required to set out and exceed budgets, ambitions, and goals.To give you a taste, some key responsibilities will include:Deliver plans, revenue, and profitability to new and existing markets maximizing account opportunities working closely with other export counterparts.Discussing and agreeing on joint business plans.Strategically plan development and growth for all accounts and distributors.Represent GSG at the customer on an international level and lead yearly negotiations by ensuring growth and profitability of the accounts.Manage accounts end to end, acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring our clients' requirements are met.Agree with customers marketing activation plans, ensuring our brands are represented correctly, in line with brand guidelines (in-store and online) and review regularly.Conduct product training to the specific needs of each market.Participation at appropriate trade and consumer events in key markets.Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.Act as a role model for Green Sheep Group's culture and instill our organizational strategies, contributing, shaping, and driving our Internal Expansion strategy.Now over to you, we would love for you to haveCommercial experience, 5 years BTB, within consumer goods. Experience within the baby and nursery industry would be highly advantageous.Demonstrable experience of working with and creating partnerships with international distributors, key accounts, and national accounts.Being bilingual would be a highly preferred skill for this position in order to foster strong relationships with some of our international accounts and distributors.Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 25%.A strong track record of consistently managing and delivering targets (both turnover and profitability), results-oriented.Exceptional personal, client relationship skills and maximizing opportunities.Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering targets.Good communication and analytical skills (written & verbal).Well-organized and proven ability to plan ahead.Passionate about brands and their values.A true 'go-getter' that is all about delivering initiatives at pace and in a planned fashion.Due to the nature of this role and the requirement to travel, ideally, you will be located within a 90-minute commute of an airport and a 60-minute commute to our Head Office in Snitterfield, Stratford-Upon-Avon.Let us tell you about what we can offer you:You will be joining us at an exciting time in our growth trajectory, and you will have the opportunity to play a huge part in this.
