Full Time Application Closes 22 Sep 2024 Southland - Invercargill Administrative Services Manager Duration: 12 months with possible extension Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Start and finish times are flexible, with the expectation that this is a 25-30 hour per week role.Are you passionate about supporting others and have the drive to learn quickly? Niagara Sawmilling is looking for a dedicated International Customer Support to join our team for a12-month parental leave cover period with the possibility of extension to support increased workload. This role is based at our Kennington Main Office, just 10 minutes east of Invercargill, and plays a crucial role in supporting our production and sales teams while handling logistics and customer relations. As an International Customer Support, you will be the primary point of contact for all Australian and American export inquires providing the highest level of support, both for export and domestic orders. You'll be the primary point of contact for logistical inquiries, and you'll coordinate export containers, ensure orders are dispatched on time, and maintain accurate documentation. We need someone who is passionate about providing excellent service, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, export documentation and resolving any inquiries. You'll be working closely with both the sales and production teams. Experience in an office setting is essential for this role.What you will need: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ability to quickly learn new tasks and systems, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning. Previous experience with ProDoc is valued, but not necessary. Proven experience working in an office environment; and a consistent work history. Confidence and competency with excel, including using formula and data reporting. Outstanding organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail, especially when managing logistics and documentation with time sensitive pressures. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and colleagues.
