This is a permanent full time role based at the Rosedale centre.The Client Services Support person is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to our office. You'll be part of our Better Wellbeing program, coordinating front office/reception services and appointments for clients referred to the service. You will ensure all clients and visitors arriving at the centre have a positive experience of the service, such as welcoming clients and addressing visitor queries whether in person or over the phone, and rescheduling client appointments. The role has both an internal focus liaising with Fresh Minds clinicians and staff, as well as liaising with our nationwide contractor network and referring organisations. You will support the program to maintain a high level of service provision and ensure service delivery timeframes. Tasks will include but not limited to providing general administrative support, daily invoicing, creating and maintaining client records, appointment bookings, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.Key SkillsExperienced in working with medical professionals or similar environment is desirable.Reception or front office experience with strong customer service focus and administration background.Familiarity with Practice Management System is preferred but not essential as training will be available.Strong attention to details, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with people from a range of different cultures.
