You will promote a team culture of continuous self-assessment and student centricity, always seeking improvement to work effectively and improve students' and agents' experience.Key Responsibilities include:Regulatory & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date awareness of external regulatory mandates related to NZQA entry prerequisites and apply this to daily operations.
