Source talent both domestically and internationally, building strong pipelines.
Ensure all pre-employment checks and legal obligations are met with accuracy.
About you: You're high-energy and driven, someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced, high volume recruitment environment.
Passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
Highly responsive, able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring contracts and checks are accurate.
Comfortable with high-volume, blue-collar recruitment.
Experienced sourcing candidates internationally.
Experienced recruiting in an immigration accredited employer and understand the visa approval process.
Highly energetic and driven, you'll be highly organised and efficient.
