Internal Auditor

About the role: 
 
This Senior Internal Auditor role will see you managing audit projects of high complexity. This is a pivotal role where you will be working alongside an external audit team to ensure all the processes are audit ready. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive statutory audits and reviews, conduct due diligence, and offer support and guidance to various teams. 
 
Key responsibilities: Lead and manage statutory audits and reviews Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans tailored to the retail operations Report findings and monitor implementation  Collaborate with other team members to promote and improve internal processes About you: 
 
This is an essential role within the business. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders so being able to develop strong relationships is key. You will have extensive experience within internal auditing as well as Business Central. You will ideally come from a Tier 1 business.  
Degree in Business - Accounting  Ca Qualification or equivalent  Extremely high attention to detail  Strong interpersonal skills About the company: 

Work with a locally owned and operated business, specialising within the retail space with over 90 stores NZ wide. You will be working in an experienced finance team of 5, with a fantastic manager. You will be provided with everything you need to excel in your role and have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
