About the Role
We present an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join our Comstor Inside Sales team.
The Internal Account Manager (IAM) is responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities through to closure within an assigned territory.
Key responsibilities: Achieve the revenue and gross profit targets in line with Company directives and objectivesDeliver a customer obsession approach which ensures the highest level of service for our customersMaintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territoryEnsure accurate and complete information is captured in CRMPerform 'Reason to Call' campaign activity to uncover net new opportunities within assigned territoryFirst point of contact for quotations and opportunity managementEnsure sales pipeline is accurate and remains full of qualified opportunities and leadsGain a thorough understanding of the clientele business, resulting in knowledgeable contribution pro-active sales support & increased businessAnalyse and monitor the performance of the customer base to identify areas of opportunity and to pre-empt customer issuesEnsure customers are kept up to date with relevant developments from all vendors and Westcon – Comstor servicesArticulate the Westcon Group value messaging in a professional and consistent mannerAchieve set metrics for engagement activity (call / email) and forecastingDevelop and execute territory plansIdentify, form and continue rapport with key vendor stakeholdersWhat we are looking for in the ideal candidate: Minimum 1 year experience in a business-2-business environmentProficient CRM and computer skills, including email, MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordTrack record of over-achieving quota and / or KPIsUnderstanding of the sales administration processStrong work ethic and highly motivatedSense of urgency and willingness to use initiativeExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and strong phone presenceJoin an employer of choice!
