Intermediate & Senior Civil Engineers - Tauranga

We are seeking applications from Civil Engineering professionals keen to take a lead role in the land development engineering team within this multi-disciplined consultancy. With a successful history in local projects this opportunity will offer plenty of diversity and challenge. We are seeking both senior and intermediate engineers with Civil 3D or 12d design capabilities and land development project experience.

The organisation comprises of Engineers, Surveyors, Planners and support staff that have a wealth of experience in their particular fields – essential to succeed in today's world of compliance and performance standards. In the role , you will be leading a team of skilled individuals, providing expert advice and guidance, developing new business, and working within the management team to ensure efficient business operations.

It is expected that the ideal candidates will need to have the following attributes and background:
Proven experience within land development projects within a NZ consultancy environmentCivil 3D OR 12d knowledgeAbility to lead projectsDegree qualified Engineer, CPEng or working towardsThe environment within this company is a great mix of driven professionals, yet offers an intimate feel and sense of belonging that won't see you lost or forgotten amongst others. You will be working a 36hr week with a 12pm finish every Friday.
