Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development, $130k-$150k, Napier The Organisation: Is not your traditional multi-disciplined company.
Their team of over 60 staff provides innovative specialist services in the disciplines of project management, project planning, resource management planning, civil engineering and surveying.
They are currently involved with some of the largest development projects in New Zealand, in a variety of fields including irrigation, tourism, health, commercial, residential and infrastructure, for corporate, government and private clients.
They have a strong pipeline of work and as such, they are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the delivery of a large-scale land development project in Napier.

Diverse range of projects About the Role: They are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer specialising in Land Development to join their team in delivering a range of Projects.
You will be involved in and have the opportunity to lead a wide range of exciting projects.
About You: Hold a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering.
6+ years of land development experience in NZ Experience in the delivery of land development projects on site Overseeing all project stages from Concept to Detailed Design Proficiency with 12D or AutoCAD, EPA net, Stormwater and 2D flood modelling packages and Microsoft Office desirable but not essential.
Ability to provide support/training to Junior Civil Engineers Have an understanding of the RMA and planning processes Competent with 3910 contract management including Engineer to the Contract.
In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codes Superb mathematical, time management and organizational abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
