Senior Civil Engineer - Land DevelopmentSenior Civil Engineer - Land Development, $130k-$150k, NapierThe Organisation:Is not your traditional multi-disciplined company. You will be involved in and have the opportunity to lead a wide range of exciting projects.About You:Hold a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering.6+ years of land development experience in NZExperience in the delivery of land development projects on siteOverseeing all project stages from Concept to Detailed DesignProficiency with 12D or AutoCAD, EPA net, Stormwater and 2D flood modelling packages and Microsoft Office desirable but not essential.Ability to provide support/training to Junior Civil EngineersHave an understanding of the RMA and planning processesCompetent with 3910 contract management including Engineer to the Contract.In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codesSuperb mathematical, time management and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProven leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
