Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Townhouses I am currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading residential property developer, in delivering a 58-unit residential project in Rotorua. This position offers a stable workload with at least 4-5 years of projects in the pipeline.

What they are looking for: Previous experience with townhouses or light commercialExperience working with suppliers and subcontractors essentialProficiency in Cost Management software or ability to learn Building plan reviews, cost estimation and tender document preparation Proficiency with measurements, accuracy and diligence are essential Have multi-tasking skill and able to work under pressurePersonal Attributes:  Consistent and clear communicator both written and verbalAble to build and maintain positive relationships Able to work as a collaborative team playerA sense of humor and team spirit, celebrating successes Pro-active, approachable, committed to enabling others to achieve positive outcomes Ideally you will either live in Rotorua or aren't too far from Rotorua.
