Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Grada Recruitment are partnered with an excellent main-contractor in Tauranga who are now hiring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. This role is due to strong business growth over the last 6 months and new projects coming online in both Government and Private sectors in the near future.

THE ROLE

Work closely with the Senior QS & Commercial Manager
Oversee financials for multiple projects $100K - $5M in value
Measurements, pricing, estimates & proposals for future projects
Sub-contractor agreements & management
Variations & budget preparation
Tender analysis
PROJECTS
Alterations / Remediation / Refurbishments, Strengthening & Fit-Outs
Commercial (Offices & Retail Spaces)
Education (Schools, Universities & Colleges)
Healthcare (Hospitals & Medical Centres)
Hospitality (Hotels / Resorts & Motels)
Industrial (Warehouses & Manufacturing Facilities)
Public Sector (Community Centres & Churches)
