Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cost management process for a variety of commercial construction projects.Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.Conduct site visits and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Work closely with project managers to resolve any cost-related issues.What we're looking for: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor.Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or similar).Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with local Christchurch-based projects is a plus.Why Join Us?
