Fluid Recruitment is proud to be working alongside a highly regarded South Island consultancy in the search for an Intermediate Planner to join their Christchurch office.
Specialising in a range of engineering sectors, alongside their surveying and planning services.
The Company The medium-sized firm has a strong presence across the South Island having built a strong reputation as a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
They employ a number of notable figures in the built environment sector to provide mentorship and guidance.
The firm combines most aspects of land development under one roof and services a mixture of large and small clients across multiple districts and regions.
Having built a strong project pipeline heading into 2025, the team is looking to increase their planning division to meet demand.
You will Have extensive knowledge of resource management planning in New Zealand along with a planning and/or resource management degree Have practical and all-round planning experience Hold or be eligible for New Zealand Planning Institute membership Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the resource management planning sector Have the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously on projects both locally and out of region The role The role of an Intermediate Planner offers great potential for professional and leadership development.
Your success in this position is dependent on exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
You will work on projects from conception until completion, collaborating with the experienced in-house surveyors and engineers.
The highly experienced principals of each sector not only provide a solid foundation for career development but also provide the capability to take on more challenging and complex projects that build on the team's skillset.
