Our purpose is to act as Kaitiaki (guardians) for our team, clients, communities, and the environment, embedding stewardship in everything we do.We have an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate or Senior Planner to join our team in our Tauranga office. The role offers a diverse range of projects across district and regional planning for both private and government clients.What We Offer:A flat structure, with mentorship and development through direct collaboration with our business leaders and directors.Flexible working arrangements.Above-market pay rates, with part-time applicants considered.About You:You are a professional with a passion for excellence, a commitment to learning, and an enabling, proactive mindset. You'll bring:A relevant tertiary qualification in Resource Planning or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in consent planning in New Zealand, including preparing or processing resource consents.Experience in statutory hearings (advantageous).Membership with the NZ Planning Institute and/or RMLA.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A track record in building relationships and developing professional networks.Excellent report-writing skills, producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.Knowledge and appreciation of Tikanga Maori.Commitment to high client communication standards and duty of care.Ownership of projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Positive attitude with a drive to succeed.Experience with Private Plan changes (client side) and/or consent processing (advantageous).How to Apply:Please send your CV and cover letter to our Planning Manager at ****** or get in touch for a confidential discussion.Applicants must have the legal right to work in NZ.
