We are actively seeking an experienced Architect Designer to join our high-performing and friendly team.About the Role:This is a fantastic role with tremendous development potential. Your main responsibilities are:Start a project from concept design to development design based on client's requirements.Work with the Sales team and attend meetings with clients.Complete Resource consent, building consent, and all other relevant documentation to the council without supervision.Monitor the consent process and answer any queries and requests for further information from the Council.Analyse and summarise Building and Resource Consent conditions and highlight issues for the Construction Team.Have strong attention to detail.Work to timeframes.About You:Have a passion for design in both residential and commercial projects.Able to work independently handling the design from R.C to B.C till CCC.On the way to acquire LBP license & require company support, or already have LBP 1 or 2 qualification.Willing to learn and keen to share your knowledge in an energetic and visionary team.Enjoy the autonomy of your own space and also love to work with team members.Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Architecture design.Have at least three years of experience in the residential construction industry.Fully conversant in ArchiCAD, familiar with AutoCAD and Photoshop.Have excellent communication skills.Have good knowledge of NZBC, NZ Building Act, Resource Management Act, local planning, and development controls.Fluent in English and Mandarin.Perks of Working with Us:Competitive base salary and bonus scheme.People-oriented culture and superb working environment.Advanced management system.Office entertainment facilities such as Karaoke.If you are interested in joining our dream team, please email your CV to ****** and we will be in touch with you soon.All applicants should have a valid visa or NZ residence to work legally.
