The Role Offer strategic financial and commercial guidance, spearhead financial analysis, and devise solutions for both strategic and operational challenges. Lead a high-performing team, support the Audit and Risk Committee, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders. Direct procurement activities, formulate strategies, and oversee supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and policy compliance. Supervise the management of property, plant, and fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards. Discover and develop commercial opportunities related to organisational assets, driving initiatives to maximize their value. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements. Manage cash flow and borrowing for both operational needs and capital projects.
