Interim Cfo

This well-known tech business is truly disrupting the NZ market.
They are looking for an Interim CFO to ease the transition whilst they recruit a full-time replacement.
Experience in a start-up or high growth environment is essential.
This is a hands-on role leading the business through a significant period of growth/change, driving operational efficiency, scalability and contributing to their strategy.
They have an entrepreneurial leadership team and strong funding, accelerating the business's growth on a global scale.
Management and guidance of the finance team will form a major part of this position.
Your role will be responsible for statutory compliance and corporate governance as well as board engagement.
You will be hands-on in supporting and driving projects, systems and process improvements, managing your team and working with external and internal stakeholders.
As a sounding board to the CEO, you will use your depth of experience in commercial roles to add value and drive change and provide solutions and ideas for future growth.
