Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support. NZCL focuses on the provision of intensive rehabilitative support for people who may have offended, to develop the skills they require to recognise their potential and to participate in their communities.What does a Community Support Worker do?As a Community Support Worker, you will be supporting people in their daily life to recognise their potential and develop the skills needed to participate in their communities.
