Job Description The Media Planner role will primarily be responsible for day-to-day accounts' campaign planning, operations and reporting & reconciliation. The role will be closely supported and guided by an Associate Manager, and will be the direct report as your immediate escalation. Expectations of an Integrated Media Planner: 1. Planning Day to day campaign planning and management Develop solid foundation in media research Develop media strategy, channel recommendations, and prepare detailed media plan with sound rationalizing Liaise with media vendors and internal practices for media proposals Competitive tracking & reviews (quarterly), media trend updates (monthly) 2. Buying Negotiation with media vendors for rates and value adds Liaison with media vendors for booking of ads (offline and direct IOs buys) Operations of digital campaign set ups, primarily on adservers and social platforms (Meta, Linkedin, Tiktok, Google Ads) Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission requirements and deadlines Navigate and advise on requirement for site-tagging on client's site/apps, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing Campaign monitoring and preparation of reporting cadences (depending on arrangement with clients/campaigns – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) End of campaign report preparation with meaningful insights and learnings Responsible to ensure campaign is updated on finance platforms Supporting finance or team's buyer in following up issues with vendors' invoices Liaison with team's buyer on timely invoicing for ended campaigns Supporting in year end reviews with accounts on hand Qualifications Preferred media experience across both traditional and digital media Able to organise and prioritise tasks, and work under tight timelines Resilient to change and openness to catch up with industry updates Openness to communicate, both written and verbal, with internal (team members, internal Group's practices) and external parties (clients, creative, media vendors) Comfortable with numbers, able to articulate numbers/data into sound analysis and insights #J-18808-Ljbffr
