Join us!Job DescriptionThe Media Manager role will primarily be responsible for ensuring day-to-day accounts' operations are running smoothly, which includes media planning, setups/implementations, and reporting & billing/reconciliation. The secondary role is to support the team's director in leading and driving initiatives for accounts on hand. The role will be supported by a Media Planner and will report directly to the team's director.Expectations of an Integrated Media Manager:Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)Lead on day-to-day running of the account with clients & agency partnersDrive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizationsRecommend media solutions that consider all potential appropriate channels, across offline media (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) and digital media (direct IO digital and biddable media)Build strategies, media frameworks and make rationalized media recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research conceptsManage the daily workflow of all client campaigns, working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectivesAble to organize & delegate, sensitive to needs & problems of reporting staff – works across buying & planning issuesBe aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leverage cases from existing relationships to create new relationshipsAssist in mentoring and developing team membersQualifications4-5 years of experience in a media agencyVocal in communication (able to lead and hold discussions internally and externally) and comfortable in presentationStrong understanding of media fundamentals and media workflow (from planning, executing, reporting to billing)Conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix, hands-on experience with various technology platformsSense of commercial acumenAttention to detail and numeracyPossess rigor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in finance, automotive, pharma/healthcare is preferred
