What You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangBased at our Hamilton office, you'll join a warm and supportive team as an Insurance Consultant.
In this role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, manage email correspondence, and address sales and customer inquiries related to our diverse range of products, including Life, Pet, Travel insurance, and AA Membership.
Your role will be integral in assisting our customers with their insurance needs and delivering exceptional service through every interaction.Our Contact Centre team benefits from a balanced work schedule with weekends off.
We operate Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
Once fully trained, you'll have the option to work in a hybrid environment, including a few days from home.This is a full-time role, but we are open to considering part-time hours for the right candidate.
